    If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will provide your choice of refund or exchange (less the cost of shipping), as long as the jewelry arrives back to me in the condition it was sent.

  • I do my best to package items safely and securely, but on occasion shipping companies can have an accident with a package in transit.  If your order arrives damaged , please be sure to notify me immediately (within 7 days) and take pictures of the packaging and damage, so I can can handle your refund/exchange properly.
